Project Manager / NPDES Compliance
Mr. Seeley has over 20 years of experience in the field of environmental science. He is an NPDES Compliance Project Manager and Field Scientist responsible for overseeing numerous projects for several mining companies, landfills and municipalities. Scott conducts NPDES surface and ground water sampling, flow monitoring, wetland hydrology monitoring, wetland delineation support, storm water support/inspections, data management and interpretation. Scott is responsible for developing sampling and analysis plans, site investigation, asbestos inspections, hazardous materials and petroleum contaminated site investigations, conducting PRP implementation oversight, and well drilling oversight.
